Traffic/Sales can be improved with some basic backlinking and promotion. I have not had time to work on these two projects, thus they have dipped a bit in their search engine rankings.

The reason I kept changing affiliate networks with the first website is because when I first launched the website, Hydra Network was offering a $10 CPA payout. I found another network, FeedFlare, that was running the same offer for $4 more, so I went ahead and switched my links over to them. Unfortunately, FeedFlare appears to be a bit sketchy on their payments, so I stopped sending traffic to them, and switched entirely to Peerfly, who have always payed me on time at the end of every month.

Truthfully, I'm looking for some seed money to reinvest in another project. I want to sell these two websites as a package deal to one buyer. So, I will consider heavily discounting the price I'm looking for in order to sell.

As a starting point, I'm looking for $600 (that would include both websites). Please send all offers to me via PM.

I feel $600 is a fair price given both websites' current state. If the buyer puts in extra promotional efforts/builds more links to the sites, the value of this package would obviously go up.
