Thanks! I actually had to go out and buy a pizza when I was making the site!

I don't promote my demo sites though so nothing to report on this one (it's actually just new on monday anyway)

I do have a bunch of niche sites that I setup the same as my PLR sites that I sell and they do pretty good. I like to kind of build them, do some promotion and then forget about them so I could probably make more if I spent more time.

Anyway, here's a case study that I did on one of the niche blogs to prove you can get them ranked and make money (I haven't updated it in a while but just noticed it is creeping up in google):
