Hey Warriors,

I'm interested in buying websites and domain names. It's pretty simple.

Here is basic criteria:

Domains:

has to be .com, .net, or .org nothing else. Don't ask, I don't care if it is a dictionary word.

Websites:

contains unique content, not all, but at least 75% unique content
No Porn, warez, or other questionable activities
Not interested in websites focused on celebrities, legal advice, medical advice.
Website should not require a large amount of maintainence
Websites should have some backlinks from related websites
Currently buying websites from $300 - $250,000
Anything valued above $250,000 is currently not in our budget

Frequently Asked Questions

On Domains:

- Payments are made through paypal, 50% deposit, 50% upon delivery of the domain name

On Websites:

- Payments through Paypal, Check, and Wire
- Deposit is made on website 25%
- Transfer of the Domain Name 25%
- Transfer of the Files 25%
- Completion of a Non Compete Agreement (if need be, depends on the website) 25%

the last step is only if there is a need for one. If not the remaining 50% will be paid upon transfering of the files

You don't mention the price range you are looking at for domains. I have a lot of high quality domains, but would like to have a better idea of what you are looking for. PM me with some sort of price range, and what niche/category/topic that you are interested in as far as domains go.

Anything I have is going to be .com, .net, .org. Mostly .com.

I have a web site I would be interested in letting go. The domain name elpasoballroom.net. According to yahoo it has 48 back links (from blogs). But of course it probably has 2 or 3 times that amount in reality. It is number 1 in google for the search term El Paso Ballroom. Which has about 6000 GMS. Which is the top search term for ballrooms in El Paso. My plan was to sell it to one of the 35 ballrooms in El Paso (But I have to many irons in the fire at the moment). It gets 50 to 60 visits per day. I will be glad to send you the awstats if you are interested. It is built on word press and has quite a few articles 75% original on the blog (20 I think)

I'm beginning to have a feeling that this post is suspect. If I'm wrong, I'll happily eat my words. But I sent the OP a very extensive list of domain names via pm, and he didn't respond at all.

Honestly, I can't imagine the benefit someone would derive from such a stunt, but you never can tell.

Keep in mind you sent me them two days ago...

Teresa and all ... LMC is very well respected member here. The way these things generally work on Namepros.com and other sites ... is you send your domains or sites. If they have an interest, they contact you. If they don't have an interest in your domains or sites, they don't contact you.

Once you submit the sites and domains, any good business person is going to research them first, which takes time. No one should expect an answer immediately, if at all. It's fairly obvious that he's going to get hundreds of sites and domain names submitted and will need time to go through and research them all.

This isn't a WSO where he has made any promises to anyone. You submit ... he considers. That's it. I recommend a little courtesy.
