Old Clickbank account for sale making $360.00 / month for the past two years!

Ive got some investment opportunities that I'd like to dabble in but before I do... I need to liquidate a few things starting with this clickbank account.

It makes a residual income of 360/month on average. Watch the video I made for proof of earnings and more info.

As you may know, 10 months worth of income is the standard for most websites. Im only asking 3,500 or best offer.

Very few sellers are able to show a steady income of 2 years.

Also this investment is much more steady than any website when you consider all the things that can go wrong with a website, ranking, backlinks, content, google slaps etc etc etc.

I dont know what you mean. Its a clickbank account. It can do what any clickbank account can do. Yes it does have the option to wire money to your bank. Have never tried paypal.

Yes yes and yes. I know this because Ive changed all of these things before with another account. It takes a few days for clickbank to process all the changes but it is very simple.

What you are looking at in the video is actually a year worth of revenue. Checks are sent out every 2 weeks. The dates are listed right beside the amount for that week.

I am a little unclear on exactly what we are purchasing. I hope you can clear this up for me as this sounds like a really good investment.

As I understand it, the buyer is purchasing your Clickbank account which brings in residual income from a spyware removal program. Would the buyer also receive the rights to this program?

Also, is Paypal the payment of choice?

The program is owned my the merchant, as an affiliate you will receive all the residual income paid through paypal.

Also, is Paypal the payment of choice?

Not sure, never tried it but I know they do wire transfers to your bank every two weeks if you like.

No.

The income is residual...meaning...years ago I promoted this program, people paid for it...and are STILL paying monthly.

There are no websites, just the monthly recurring residual income from those membership payments.

Philip, I know this is sold but I was just wondering what technique you used to build this income in the first place? Did you write a few articles and submit them to article directories? I want to know just in case I come across another offer like this, I mean, the person who buys this should know how to maintain the income right? or is it just the chance a person takes? Please don't take these questions offensively, I'm not doubting you, I'm just trying to understand how a person is guaranteed to make their money back and ultimately make a profit.
