Ok you got a price in mind? will aweber allow you to transfer the list to new owners? can we cross promote other things on the site(s) who is handling the accounting? is the school a non profit? is the school accredited? are the credits earned able to be accepted at other colleges? or is this like a tech school kind of thing?

Thanks for the info. I will look at this some more tomorrow. I did not see any place for the ah...chitlins...to post their work after their courses. Is there any kind of a forum for the graduated students? well anyway I will go look tomorrow. and thanks for offering it here too.

Why the secret PMs for the price?

Is it THAT much that you think you'll scare people away?

What's the current ranking for the intended keywords for each site?

What's the past and current revenue for each site?

What's the past and current traffic stats for each site?

I don't mean to sound facetious or ignorant but if I see a price for a great web site or package with great design and content, backed up by sound traffic strategies and it's making money then it's an investment, which is different than buying a brand new web site that has nothing but potential if that. And you shouldn't be afraid to advertise it as an investment and provide the facts.

So if you're serious and you're not afraid of experienced marketers making experienced comments then give up the information so we know what you have.

75K. for WSO 100K on flippa.

I will be straight up with all of you. This site hasn't made a penny, we are getting about 3K monthly and growing. But with all that it comes with it's well worth 150K, and it can bring in 60k a month and thats low balling. That's also not counting the ebook, and new courses that can be added. And I have it setup to run pretty much by itself. We have invested lot's of time and money, and the only reason we are selling is to get leverage on another project we want to launch.

New site but it's already ranked 233,559 on alexa after 2 months only. And we haven't stopped working on it, I have my vas posting backlinks and still working the im magic for it. We are currently promoting it.

Past history we launched a magician and made 3k in 2 days. So we know how to set sites up to make some money. So this is for someone with vision. That has a little extra money to make it what it can be. World's first fully online film school. Not a bad idea also.
