I'm moving to the Caribbean and am whittling down my website properties. I have 5 websites I have no time to promote so I'm letting them go.

I need them sold by Thursday as my flight leaves on Monday, November 1st and I'm going to be crazy busy getting ready to leave over the weekend.

So I'll take offers up until Thursday, October 28, 2pm. Whoever has the highest offer by then wins the site they've bid on.

I do have a reserve in mind for all the sites which I will not reveal until it has been reached. It's pretty low so don't be afraid to bid.

Assume no traffic or profit although a few of the sites have made some money here and there. I just don't have the time to get all the info together.

This site has been online since March 19, 2009.

Right now the site is on page 2 in the 3rd position for the term "weight loss hypnosis" (without quotes) and that's without having done any kind of promotion in the past year.

Since December of 2009 I've only added two articles, one in July 2010 and one in August 2010. I'm sure if someone took this niche on and added content regularly they could be on the first page of Google in no time!

The site has a niche keyword rich domain, a unique graphic design on a highly customized premium WordPress theme, three monetization methods, quality images, unique content, and is indexed in all the search engines.

There's tons of programs to promote in this niche that pay really well and Adsense pays out well in the weight loss niche. Back in 2009 the blog made about $120 in affiliate sales.

I just added adsense and an amazon store as well as other affiliate buttons in the sidebar so nothing from them yet.

It's an established site fully indexed in all the search engines with a keyword rich domain name and has a lot of potential to bring in some great money! It's been online since 03/13/2009.

This site has 33 unique posts as well as 79 comments. Being in position #13 on Google for weight loss hypnosis with no promotion for close to a year is pretty great. Shouldn't take much more than a good backlinking campaign to get it to the first page.

I got a great question about how the auction works and thought I would post my reply here in case anyone else is confused.

I've never done this type of auction before so I'm probably a bit confused myself. I didn't expect people to place a bid for all five sites together.

I have a reserve price on each of the sites so that they won't sell below a certain price. I don't have a BIN price in mind....just want to let the auction go where it goes. I will not sell all five sites together unless the total bid meets the individual reserve of each site.

EXAMPLE: Say the reserve for the weight loss site is 200 and the reserve for the self hypnosis site is 120 and the other three sites have reserves of 75 dollars, the total for all five would be 525.00 (these are not the actual reserves just examples) so if I get a bid of 525.00 or more for all five sites, I would sell all the sites to that bidder rather than sell each site individually say if someone bids 210 for the weight loss hypnosis site, 120 for the self hypnosis site and 50 dollars for each of the three sites totaling 480.00. Or conversely, say someone bids 400.00 for the Weight Loss Site and 150.00 for the Self Hypnosis Site totaling 550.00 and I have a bid of 525.00 for all five sites. I would sell the Weight Loss Site and Self Hypnosis site individually rather than all five sites together.

I hope that explanation made things clearer rather than more confusing!

That's OK Maureen. Everyone has his first time chance. The way I see it, the only way a warrior gets all five websites is for him/her to beat the highest individual bid for each website.
