Of course it's possible to monetize the for other products. In order to earn from the sites, you don't need to do anything else. The site will have your Adsense ads and your product ads. I will SEO process the site through my system to push it to Google page 1 and when in Google page 1, the site will start getting traffic and starting to have adsense clicks. 2 important factors here are:

1- The Clickbump theme is great to get Adsense clicks. That is why I now use it. So whenever your site starts to receive some traffic, you'll start seeing adsense earnings.

2- As these keywords have a great amount of searches, it is just a matter of having the site positioned to start having earnings.

So in conclusion you won't need to do anything. I will install the site in your hosting, I put any affiliate links you would prefer, and I will SEO process the site to push it to Google page 1.
