The best part for me is finding a good keyword and domain to build a site around. Buy the domain and outsource the content for $20 for a micro niche site. Pay $10 to get some backlinks and use Wordpress or Xsitepro to build the site. That way you know you have got what you paid for. I read so many threads on here bleating about this and that. Take OWNERSHIP and get it done. People can be just to lazy and moan when they get a bum deal (Not directed at this seller in particular)
