$560 Per Month | ESTABLISHED Affiliate Site | GREAT for the Upcoming Christmas Hollidays!

I am looking to sell an affiliate site that has been generating substantial revenue
over the past month.

Over $560 in affiliate commissions have been generated from this one site over the
past 30 days (11/13/2010 – 12/13/2010).

As always, I don’t like to sound too sales-pitchy. You can check my signature for past
website sales I’ve done on the Warrior Forum. Now then, on to the specifics…

Some background info:

1. The domain was registered on May 28, 2010

2. First sale was made on October 25, 2010

3. Generated 55 sales over the past 30 days, including 5 today.

4. Holds several top spots in Google. It ranks #1 on the first page for its main
product keyword + the word “reviews”, #1 on the first page for the word “buy” +
the main product keyword, #10 on the first page for its main product keyword,

5. Paid for custom header and background design by a fellow WF member

6. Several thousand backlinks pointing to the site, including .EDU + .GOV (I can
provide proof of these backlinks in the form of Excel spreadsheets with links to each
individual backlink)

7. WordPress framework for optimized SEO standards.

8. Averages anywhere from 30 to 100 unique visitors per day.

9. ORGANIC traffic. All traffic is generated solely through users finding the site
through search engines, combined with just a trickle of traffic generated by unsolicited
links in forum posts. All visitors are free, and no paid-advertising campaigns have
ever been used since the inception of this website.

I’m looking for a BIN price of $3500. Please send me a message stating your
interest, and we can get started.

I’m looking for a smooth transaction. However, I may opt to use ESCROW to facilitate the
transfer process.

As always, I will be happy to transfer the site files and get the entire Wordpress install up
& running on your server free of charge after the deal is completed.

NOTE: In hopes of protecting the website's future value for the new owner, I will only
release the web address, traffic, and revenue screenshots when I know who I'm dealing
