How straight forward is the setup and can you give any assistance? I have a business web hosting server with Host Gator but have never setup a site before so may need it depending on whether I can follow the instructions supplied. If it proves too difficult for me then would it be possible to purchase the optional site setup in the next day or 2 separately?

Well what can I say I purchased the website a couple of hours ago and since then with the help of Luca i've managed to fully setup the website on my server, set and install the SQL database and fully customize the wordpress site from top to bottom. I am new to this business but with a little assistance I managed to follow the instructions supplied by Luca without any hitches.
