This has been one of my more profitable sites. It promotes a homemade solar panel product available on Clickbank. The site converts well on Google content and MSN/Yahoo. As well as specific site placements. I also had it ranking in the #1 position on Google organic for the term "Homemade solar panel". It is no longer there as I stopped my SEO efforts with it. With a little work you should be able to get it back. When I was actively marketing this site I had an average net monthly income of about $150 from it.

This is one of my first affiliate marketing sites, so it carries a little nostalgia for me. It is aimed at beginners looking to start making money online. The copy pulls on several emotional triggers and ends up suggesting a "insiders guide" with two recommendation to help the user make money online. This site has an email opt-in that I still get a few subscribers to each week. You can place whatever affiliate products you like in the thank you page as your 'recommendation'. I did very well with "Money Making Maverick" which has a monthly subscription. That being said, i suggest finding something current with a monthly subscription. At one point I had a reoccurring income of over $500 from this site.

I did well with this by finding specific site placements that delt with women and pregnancy.

This is one of my favourites as it deals with one of my favourite subjects, beer. It is monetized two Clickbank home brewing courses. I never actively promoted this site, so it falls into the concept site category. This is a very active niche market. With the right keyword research and SEO plan I believe this site could rank very well and earn a nice small niche income.
