Bought it and installed. Great instructions. Did not see in the instructions how to install the ShareASale banners that are on the demo site.

No, I didn't include instructions for banners as there are just so many different things you can do in that space and most people like to customise their websites. I've sent you an email as well.

I like it - pretty good PDF for setup (this is essentially my first Wordpress blog install/setup). Put me on your mailing list for more products like this - I have a few domain names that I bought in a frenzy a while back with nothing to put on them yet!
