Yes the sites are WordPress based, it is easy to add content, pages etc.
There is no profit that I know of, these are brand new sites. Of course they are indexed in google, type bacio lingerie the site shows up in first position. Just waiting to be promoted basically.

Well sure it has been indexed, it even shows up in Google first with an unique domain name like that (but still with the silly Did you mean?). There is no analytics code in it so I wouldn't know if/how many visitors. Domain registered at the end of January I believe, about 5 weeks old.
