$2500 net monthly profit easily justifies asking $25,000 but with the economy and using the WF as your platform it's hard to say but $10,000 might even be a stretch. How much are you willing to settle for? And WHY are you selling?

Those are the 2 burning questions on everyone's mind. The website itself looks beautiful and movie sites are always hot commodities so finding the right buyer is your biggest challenge. If you don't need all the cash up front, you could finance part of the sales price over the next year. The $2500 in net profit will easily make $1,000 payments for 12 months with little or no down payment and get you a dozen buyers by noon. But why would you do that? Why not?

Thanks for the comment and fair ones they are at that. You were pretty spot on around the asking price as I am looking for between $25k and $30K pretty much a years revenue. I do have the site listed elsewhere and actually should have put that in the listing (well will do that now quick ) and have had some good interest.

This site has huge potential as it is ranking for more and more keywords everyday over curently ranks for a couple hundred keywords on page 1 already (lots of them would be long tail but its still traffic) and the site also ranks for some heavy hitting high volume keywords with over 100 million searches. So the potential is huge and the traffic is increasing daily.

Site is currently PR1 and and an Alexa rank of 134 000 odd. Over 31 000 backlinks according to Yahoo Explorer and 80 000 odd pages indexed by google, so its a Google bot magnet

The reason for selling is that I have setup a new SEO company and need cashflow to get that going right now and I have two other websites a business directory and property website that are being revamped and need the cash to finnish those as well. So basically I need the cash to reinvest in my business.

With regards to doing the monthly thing it may be an option but the initial payment would have to be maybe 2/3 and 1/3 over the 12 months. Definately something to look at.

Anyway, wouldn't it be nice if you could tell someone like, oh I dunno maybe like ME everything there is to know (including what you forgot) about how to build a website like that one. I'll make professional videos and split the proceeds - how's that for some extra cash flow? Big letters, lots of pictures and a big piece of cake. Wouldn't it be nice? First off the site doesnt charge people to watch movies. It generates money from affiliate sales and CPA offers etc. Secondly the site doesnt host any content, its an aggregator that find links to movies available on the net. Lastly the FBI doesnt have juristriction on the whole world and the site isn't based in US, so I wouldnt have concerns regarding the FBI. in the whole time that the site has been running I was requested once to take a movie down by an independent film maker and I informed him that the site doesnt host movies as I mentioned above and he was fine with that
