Hi Phil,

These sites are indexed already. They are pretty much brand new and I haven't seen them as of yet in the first 100 results of Google , but it does usually take 2-3 weeks sometimes after they've been indexed. The competition for these keywords is very weak as you can see in the description for each one.

I have placed the sites in my 3waylinks account for backlinks and will keep them there for the new owners for 60 days after purchase to continue with this effort. Usually 3waylinks is all it takes for these microniche sites. Once they hit the first page, it's smooth sailing from there on out.

Hi,

Technically, I guess you could, but I've been using brand names, etc. in domains for years and have never had a problem and know others who do as well with no problems, either. If I can I choose not to go with brand names, but sometimes the niche is just too tempting and like I said, I've never had any problems.

Hi Amanda , I am interested in your sites and in building my own. The thing is I DONT have an adsense id yet and was wondering what would be the easiest way to get one from scratch? how long does it take? etc/ (ie. not having any existing sites under my belt.)

Hello,

You can easily get approved for an adsense account by setting up a free Blogger blog. Their adsense widget is built right in, Google owns Adsense and Blogger. Just set up a free blog, post a few posts, no other ads or anything, wait about a week or so until you have a bit on content on there, and then go into your backend, find the adsense widget and apply through there.

That is how I first signed up with them about 3 years ago. I can't say if the process has changed any, I've seen others say the same thing when responding to others asking the same question, so I don't think it has, but don't hold me to it.
