Hey,

1. Im selling as I have neglected the site, and am having a site clearout at the minute.

2. I have uploaded a screen for keywords, this was taken for Jan last month. Not sure if this is the daily search, as there were 421 uniques last month in total. This is taken from AWStats via the cpanel to give you an idea. These are the most relevant!!!

3. No sales this year so far!

I have had some offers, yes, however, a little low. I would accept $300 but nothing lower, so first to PM with this will get it.

In regards to sales this year, I haven't done anything to the site, promotion or otherwise since last October, so sales are sporadic but it makes them, just not this year yet!
