Can you tell me which theme this is and how difficult it would be for me to change out the required things and upload to my host?

Hi Katied
The theme is based on a developers version of a premium theme by the very nice people at Solostream - I've customed it quite a bit. But a single licence theme from Solostream costs about $90, so you're on a bargain there anyway

I've provided full install instructions and the install process is pretty quick. If you have any trouble with anything I'm certainly here for support.
