Same here.

I was told that turnaround time is 5 days for 3 affiliate stores that I purchased. But, since his last email on 8th March 2013, I've heard nothing from him.

I suggest anyone who is interested in this offer to hold their horses first.

Its very likely that I will raise a dispute (or worst case scenario, a chargeback via my credit card) with PayPal. A lot of these cowboys think that they can get away due to:

1. PayPal Buyer's Protection do not cover digital products;
2. Despite numerous scammers plying their trade here on WF, Allen Says is adopting a handsoff approach.

It's easy to deal with PayPal though, with their local office in Singapore being in the same building as my office. It's just a matter of taking a slow walk and start banging tables.

We'll see.

In addition, I have recommended in my PayPal dispute that PayPal disallow WarriorForum.com to use it as a method of payment since a lot of these scammers likes to use PayPal's policy of not protecting buyers of virtual goods to conduct these scams. Secondly, Allen Says' reluctance to police this situation while know this has been happening in this forum is part of the reason why these scammers are so brave in doing so here. You can't allow murderers into your home and claim ignorance when murders take place.

Lastly, I would go as far as to say 85% of products sold here are virtual goods and services and make some sort of income claim. Let's see what the FTC says about this.

I certainly hope PayPal doesn't follow your advice... what an asinine thing to suggest. The vast majority of sellers on this forum are honest and deliver what they promise, and when a scammer does slip in the forum is no more "responsible" than your own ISP. If you saw a product on TV and it turned out to be a scam, you wouldn't be attacking the TV station that ran their ad.

Further, PayPal's policy on not refunding digital goods only applies WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED - this is to protect sellers from getting scammed by buyers who request refunds after digital merchandise has been sent. It doesn't apply if you never got what you paid for, so you should have no problem getting your money back from PayPal.

Grow up and quit being such a baby, jeez... you don't speak for the rest of us.

I won't be at the WSO section anytime soon. I'm just here now to reply you.

Over the last 6 months, i made 3 purchases and only 1 seller deliver. The other, i had to chase for months before i even get back a partial refund. And, now this cowboy here, it's the last straw that break the camel's back. Of course, it could be due to the race of the sellers who chose to give me nonsense because both sellers are of the same race. But that would go into racism.

Don't worry... PayPal won't do what i recommended in my claims. I just want them to turn their attention to the nonsense taking place around here.

Damned.. If you knew what the WSO forum is like in the earlier years (even before Allen uses vBulletin), you would agree to that this place has become a place offering junks. Only maybe 2-3% of stuff sold here today are quality.

Sigh...

I'm a friend of Seostar. He met with an unfortunate accident a week back and still in hospital. When I told him about the recent developments in this thread he felt really bad.

He is definitely not a scammer. He asked me to send refund for all non completed orders. Also, he will work and complete your sites @ FREE of COST when he is back.

He will be back by mid of April. I will send refund to all non complete orders in the meantime. I'm yet to get his laptop. Once I have that, I will check his order details and all non complete orders will get refunds. Please PM me if you need any more details...

Forgive me for being a little skeptical here, but it was mentioned that his account had been active on the forum since he's disappeared - that means either he has been signing in, or gave someone else his password to do it for him.

If he was really involved in an accident and someone else has been signing in on his behalf, why wouldn't that person have posted this instead of you?

I'm not sure about the recent login activities. His parents might have switched on his machine and landed on WF accidentally. To be honest, I have no clue about that. Seostar will be back in a week or two. You can check with him about this.

I already sent refund to two unfinished orders. Paypal has some issues with a new credit card:

I added another card for which the verification will take few days. Once the card is verified others will also get refunds. You'll also get your websites from seostar at no cost after he is back.

This is a reminder to those buyers who have paid for this WSO and have not received anything from the seller.

Please note that there is a time limit (which I remember is 45 days from the date of purchase) for you to raise a claim with PayPal.com for the amount that you have paid. After this 45 days, there will be no other avenue to recover your money from PayPal / Seller.

Hence, regardless of whether seller's / plrmasterr's claim that seller is hospitalized is true or not, my advice is that you raise a dispute with PayPal first. With a dispute raised, the 45 days limit will no longer be in effect. If you do not raise a claim, and seller / plrmasterr take forever to process a refund, then you can say bye bye to your money.

And, trust me... India has very STRICT (read => anal) rule when it comes to sending money out of the country. My previous experience with another Indian service provider (ladyqueen1988, who turned in slipshod work) is evidence of this. Straight refund can't work cause funds are AUTOMATICALLY transfer to their bank account EVERYDAY. Credit Card funding is very limited to few banks only. Internet banking can't work also.

End up, I have to set up an invoice for the seller to "refund" me by paying my invoice, taking a double whammy in paypal fees.

So, if you've paid for this WSO and had not received anything, raise a dispute with PayPal.

Richard is right guys... the "my friend is in the hospital I am trying to help" is suspicious at best... he said he "already refunded two buyers" but then suddenly couldn't refund anymore because of a problem on PayPal's side? B.S... the only reason the PayPal account would be negative is if other people disputed and PayPal gave them their money back. My guess is the seller is alive and well and is trying to delay long enough to get past the deadline.

Get your disputes in now while you can. Glad I read the comments before buying.

I won't be at the WSO section anytime soon. I'm just here now to reply you. Over the last 6 months, i made 3 purchases and only 1 seller deliver. The other, i had to chase for months before i even get back a partial refund. And, now this cowboy here, it's the last straw that break the camel's back. Of course, it could be due to the race of the sellers who chose to give me nonsense because both sellers are of the same race. But that would go into racism. Don't worry... PayPal won't do what i recommended in my claims. I just want them to turn their attention to the nonsense taking place around here. Damned.. If you knew what the WSO forum is like in the earlier years (even before Allen uses vBulletin), you would agree to that this place has become a place offering junks. Only maybe 2-3% of stuff sold here today are quality. Sigh...

So you're fine with a portion of the sellers here being scammer and scamming off those unsuspecting buyers while you got your purchase without issue?

He met with an unfortunate accident a week back and still in hospital. When I told him about the recent developments in this thread he felt really bad. He is definitely not a scammer. He asked me to send refund for all non completed orders. Also, he will work and complete your sites @ FREE of COST when he is back. He will be back by mid of April. I will send refund to all non complete orders in the meantime. I'm yet to get his laptop. Once I have that, I will check his order details and all non complete orders will get refunds. This is a reminder to those buyers who have paid for this WSO and have not received anything from the seller. Please note that there is a time limit (which I remember is 45 days from the date of purchase) for you to raise a claim with PayPal.com for the amount that you have paid. After this 45 days, there will be no other avenue to recover your money from PayPal / Seller. Hence, regardless of whether seller's / plrmasterr's claim that seller is hospitalized is true or not, my advice is that you raise a dispute with PayPal first. With a dispute raised, the 45 days limit will no longer be in effect. If you do not raise a claim, and seller / plrmasterr take forever to process a refund, then you can say bye bye to your money. And, trust me... India has very STRICT (read => anal) rule when it comes to sending money out of the country. My previous experience with another Indian service provider (ladyqueen1988, who turned in slipshod work) is evidence of this. Straight refund can't work cause funds are AUTOMATICALLY transfer to their bank account EVERYDAY. Credit Card funding is very limited to few banks only. Internet banking can't work also. End up, I have to set up an invoice for the seller to "refund" me by paying my invoice, taking a double whammy in paypal fees. So, if you've paid for this WSO and had not received anything, raise a dispute with PayPal.
