With regards to selling the theme ...... do you mean you can't copy the wordpress files and use them on another domain OR do you mean that you can't sell the domain name? Surely a lot of WF members who buy your website would like to build up the traffic / income to the site and sell on Flippa.com or such site

Thanks for asking. Let me explain-

This package doesn't come with resell rights. You can't resell this package straight ie. blog + everything else that comes with the package.

Also, you can't sell the blog as long as the graphics are there (excluding banner ads, as most of the ads are provided by merchants).

However, you can sell the blog if you sell it without the graphics (replace the header graphics, images on all posts). You can still use the same Wordpress theme or replace it with a new theme. It doesn't matter. Hope that explained.

Hi - couple of questions on the Guitar Blog/Ebook

1. With transferring the theme (from WooThemes) do I get updates or do I have to pay WooThemes to get updates - this has been a problem with themes for me in the past where WP patches come out and wreck something with the theme so the theme must be updated?

2. Is this a PLR ebook? Are there any license restrictions on the Ebook? Can it be given away?

3. Do you customize banners - want to change the look & feel of the sales page - looks stale.

You don't have to pay for theme updated. Just make a couple clicks in the admin panel and you're done.

Yes, this is a PLR eBook. You can sell it, but it doesn't come with a give-away right. You can't give it away.

Hi,

I am interested in a few of these blogs but I have a question.
What is the reasoning behind the fact that the license says it cannot be sold?

What if I was to take this blog and add so much of my own content that it would ultimately be very unique. Why wouldn't I be allowed to flip it on Flippa in a couple of years? I would change the header and more for example.
