No but you could add the free Feedwordpress autopost plugin.

You can have any combination of blogs you want.

The more unique your content is the better. If you don't want to write content yourself then you could try WP Robot + Best Spinner or maybe a uniquifier plugin which employs javascript techniques to make content look unique.

The question would be best asked to the good folks over on the main forum and I'm sure they'll be willing to give their opinions.

And what do you mean by personal use.. what if i build my site after i bought the theme here an then decide its time to move on i can't sell it..?

1) Yes, everyone gets the same starter content.
2) Yes, the more unique content you have then the better you will rank.
3) The no sale/flip rule is to let the Warriors who buy sites and then flip them on sales sites without modification that they can't do it with these blogs. If you customise your blog sufficiently (in look and content) then I wouldn't have any objections.
