I read the sales page, the FAQ and you mention SEO & PLR but I don't see what you're using to make posts, and what was used for the SEO. No Plugins? Can you elaborate on what is needed to maintain the site? I would probably order the package as I have domains to use.

I use the Genesis Framework which does not require any SEO plugin because it is built-in. You can tweak SEO on a general basis or even for every single post, page or category. When the theme gets automatically updated the SEO section is also updated.

All the posts are done by hand, since all the content is pulled in quite carefully. Every site we design is pretty much like a book, with menus like chapters, trying to cover every possible topic related to that particular niche. If you look at the Working from home site here, for example, as you can see, three main sections (Getting Started, Money Management, Problems) sub-divided in pretty much all the topics - from taxes, to insurance/health, business ideas etc. - that a visitor may be interested in. We actually have a WPRobot license and getting the content in automatically would be so much easier but obviously the results wouldn't be the same.

To maintain the site you may want to promote it, fine tune the SEO within the site, add some fresh content every now and then, change the graphics, replace the affiliates, spin some articles, add a blog, or a forum, or an opt-in page with a free ebook etc. etc. Basically SEO. We have customers that don't do absolutely nothing and others that work at the site all day, it's entirely up to you.
