that cannot be judged. Even top SEOs cannot do that. (If someone says they can do then obviously they're trying to sell something to you LOL..) In my experience ranks for these sites usually increase as the domain age increases. I can guarantee you somewhere in the Top 10 which will get you a revenue with a MUCh HIGHER ROI.

My opinion is the volume search per day....
We can get the page 1 in Google.
E.g: Rank#1 or Rank2, but if the keyword got low search volume,
we cant make a lot of money......

But 8000+global search is different with exact search...

Can you guarantee #1 ranking or at least top 3 ? Page one ranking does not mean because if you are #10, you are only getting about 3% of the traffic (at 1,000 search per month, you will only get about 30 visitors. Assuming a 10% click through rate, that's only $3/month).

With these micro niche sites, a moderate link building campaign can get the site to page 1 but getting #1 is the hard part.

If my arithmetic is correct, 90+ sites to earn 6k+ is only roughly $60 dollars/month for 1 site.

Plus hosting and domain fees, the break even period for $129 investment is roughly 3 months and earning starts on the 4th month.

I don't see the price tag justifiable based on the length of days waiting period just to break even.

Nope! This is just a data that was leaked by AOL many years ago. Its not valid these days. For my sites at 3rd position I'm receiving 21% traffic as per Webmaster Tools.

Also I bought a micro niche site from another seller here which is about carpets is in 5th position bringing me $300+ per month but another site which I bought from the same seller is in 4th position bringing me just $30+ per month! The revenue really depends on the niche and how clickable the niche is.

The site needs SEO. I don't understand what you mean by good SEO. Micro Niche Sites are small sites focusing on a narrowed niche that has low competition. It leverages its exact match domain for its ranking.

I ordered a site from this guy 10 days ago.
He delivered the keywords and completed the site in 2 days. He then started SEO. Now my site is at 6th position for its primary keyword. The revenue started kicking in before 4 days. Here is the revenue screenshot from one website:

Anyway, here is an update..
since March 20 till today, the site generates 17 clicks with an average CPC of $0.38. The highest recorded CPC is $0.73.

All traffics came from search engine - Google and I do not need to do anything.. basically, it is on Autopilot. The best thing is SEOWarrior continues to provide support and even include backlinks to my site. Nice guy.. and now, my site sitting #2 on Google first page.
