Anxiety Niche Site Ranking On Page 1 For Several Terms With 1000's of Monthly Searches.

This Anxiety Niche site could easily be making the right owner hundreds of dollars every month. I just don't have the time to give it what it needs.

It's already ranking well in Google, Yahoo, and Bing and I only started it in September and have not done as much SEO work as I should have.

Keyword 1: 14,000 monthly searches
Keyword 2: 1900 monthly searches
Keyword 3: 2400 monthly searches

Been getting a lot of the same questions so let me answer them all at once.

Affiliate products are Kava Kava and other natural herbs on Amazon ($45-$100) and two Clickbank products that pay around $45 per sale.

The site is currently getting a few hundred visitors per month from Yahoo and has made a few affiliate sales already. Really just needs someone who knows SEO to give it a push to the top 5 in Google to become profitable though.

How much money could you make with this site?

#1 position of Google generally gets around 40% of the search traffic while the #3 gets around 10%. This would get you about 7000 visitors at number 1 and 1800 at number 3 for the target keywords.

Convert 1/2% of this traffic through Clickbank and you're looking at about 9 sales per month.

$40 per sale and you made $360.

What about Amazon? A good Amazon review site can convert about 3% of its traffic. That's about 54 affiliate sales based on our previous numbers.

The Amazon products I'm selling pay around $3 per item,

so you looking at $150 per month from Amazon affiliate sales.

With only #3 ranking on Google you could be making around $500 per month.

What about a number 1 ranking? Do the math. You could be making over $2000 per month!!

I can't let the site go for nothing, there is just too much income potential here. I'd rather keep it and pay someone to rank it for me.

Ok, I was able to track down that website and it appears good but in your previous reply, you have just given estimation and possibility of the income. Is it really making you any GOOD money right now? And how long you have been with this site at those higher rankings?

And what are the costs of .co domain from where you have brought it?

The .co was $29 for the year I think?

It's only been ranked this well for about a month. It really needs to get a little Google love to be a success.

Last month I made two Amazon sales and sold one CB product. So it made about $44.75.

The site has made it to Google page 1 for its target keyword phrase. Currently sitting at position 9.

I've had a few offers for this site and looking to make a decision soon.
