For those who desire the short version, here you go:

Eric's Sport Review Site works. It made me a believer. I have done very little work with it opting to spend more time on my traditional "niche" sites which I started in October-time frame. Okay, for those that want a detailed version, here you go:

About me: I have been "studying" internet marketing on and off for about a year. I was a bit distracted by all the wealth of information. Finally I decided to try and start some things. I put up a few niche websites that made ..well, just about zilch. Maybe $5 or $10 total? This was around October of last year. I wasn't too worried, despite the claims of instant quick and magnificent income some products sell, I was happy just working on things and building them for the long term.

Eric's Sports Review product intrigued me. Besides being what I figured realistic in income expectations, I am a total sports fanatic and could understand the potential of this. Not to mention during my "breaks" from work I always found myself at various sports sites to catch up on all the news. So I figured I would be taking my breaks on sports and update the sports site at the same time to see what kind of income I would make.

Before buying, I emailed Eric and asked him for some real stats. He told me that he had some people working very little that made $50 or so a month, and some others who worked very hard made much higher ($500 and more). It all depended on amount of work, keyword research, competition, etc (things many IMers are familiar with).

So I figured, what the hey ..if during my breaks I can catch up on sports and put up a site that will make $100 a month, I'll be happy

I purchased...I think late November/early December last year.

Now just a bit about myself, I work full time during the day. I have a new daughter. My wife and I run a dance team. That's basically three full time jobs

Not to mention working on my existing niche sites. So I told Eric straight out I probably wouldn't have a lot of time, I'd do my best because it was something I was interested in and I would spend my breaks catching up on sports to work on the sports site.

Well, let's just say as it turns out, the time I'm putting in to the site is much less than what Eric suggests. Pretty much that way from the beginning. I watched quite a bit of Eric's product and training (very good!!!) but I also had him help me put up the site as well with my limited time. Eric then coached me specifically on what to do given my schedule. This amounted to basically writing pre-game and post-game posts on the blog. He gave me quite a bit of coaching on how to do this the best. And that's really all I've been doing with this site. No actual internet marketing tasks, just pre-game and post-game writeups (easy to do for a sports fanatic like me!).

Results? I use adsense impressions as a way to measure traffic. Inaccurate, I know, but easy to pull up on my iphones, etc. Here are my stats (they are approximate, i don't know how to pull up previous months on adsense)

December: 0-10 impressions a day, $0.00 adsense income
January: 0-10 impressions a day, $0.50 adsense income
February: 0-10 impressions until a boost in late Feb: 20-50 impressions, $1.00 adsemse income PLUS $33 affiliate income (one sale)
March: 80-120 impressions then big boost, 120-250 adsense impressions, $10.04 adsense income PLUS $33 affilliate income (one sale)

For some, those numbers might seem good. For others, they might think this isn't good enough. For me, I am happy with the progress so far. I haven't hit my goal yet of $100/month, but the growth the site has had in the four months is very encouraging.

AND more importantly my growth is what Eric expected. When we both discussed the amount of work I'd put into the site, the impressions in income did not surprise him and is what he expected.

Seriously when I said "this is about all I can manage', he said "that's fine..than do XXX and YYY". I did "XXX" and "YYY". In January when it seemed nothing was happening, he wrote me to say (paraphrased) "Don't worry. If all you can do is XX and YY then keep doing it. After your website ages a little more you will get a lot more traffic". And sure enough that boost came. And I still just maintained my two tasks.

That's right, for four months: just pre-game and post-game posts. That's it.

And finally in late March I implemented another of Eric's suggestions which was video marketing (uploading videos to a few video sharing sites). I'm not actually implementing his idea in full, just a small part of it. And I got the second boost of traffic in March.

What this means to me: I can totally see me continuing doing what I'm doing and hitting $100 or more a month. In fact, in March the sports site adsense income ($10.04) eclipsed the adsense of my other niche sites ..the niche sites I've been doing all those "traditional" IM tasks with: article marketing, blog commenting, forum profiles, etc..etc..etc.. I made more with the sports site simply updating it with pre-game and post-game posts (again which I do gladly being the sports fanatic I am!!)

It's at the point where maybe it's time that I should spend less time on the niche internet marketing stuff and more time on the sports site stuff (don't you think?). In fact, I already asked Eric this week to help me build a second sports site. And I can only guess where my existing sports site would be right now if I implemented more of his techniques.

If you do have any doubts about income you can make with this, my suggestion is to write Eric and let him know what your goals are and what your experience is, he will let you know what's realistic and should you become his customer he should be able to give you a pretty good game plan to meet that goal. I know all this because this is what my experience has been with him . I wrote him ahead of time with my questions, he answered, I purchased, he gave me the task list and feedback on how well I was completing my tasks, and voila here we are today with the growth of the site just starting

I'm very excited for the future of this site as I plan to now dedicate more time to this as well as the second site I will be putting up.

Lastly, my opinion of Eric. I can't write a review and not include my praises for Eric.

This guy is awesome. I love him. I love working with him. The energy and enthusiasm he has over email and in his videos is inspiring and powerful. This is a guy who's successful, excited about what's he's doing, excited about life, excited to keep researching IM tactics so he stays up to date, and most of all, excited at the thought of you becoming a success. I can tell he genuinely cares about his customers really being successful. A very telling benchmark: right after I bought his product, I emailed him to say "I got it! What's next?". I can say that I believe this is the ONLY email conversation between the two of us that I started. For the last four months he has been the one who has started the rest of our many email conversations. He writes to see if I have questions, to see how I'm doing, to see if I'm happy, to make sure I'm not frustrated. He's the one who has been keeping tabs on me and to me that indicates a serious and genuine interest in my success. I consider myself very lucky to have met him and to have him as a mentor.

Hopefully this review and detail of my real experience has been able to help you decide if this is for you or not. For those that buy, just be ready for Eric to keep you on your tasks
