Help Selling My Domain Name

I need help selling my domain name viridianinfo. I have searched warrior forum and others including Flippa. The site has a PR1 in the searches for "Viridian Energy"(a rapidly growing 3rd party energy supplier). However, being an associate the rules state that the name of the company cannot be used in the domain name. This site has held the #1 spot for months until some compliance issues arose when an associate posted content that was false or outdated which almost led to some lawsuits.
To make a long story short my site was then targeted and now I would like to sell the domain name.
Any company or person looking to promote his or her business in the green energy niche will get 900 unique visitors a month for "viridian energy" searches.

I really would appreciate any advice anyone would be able to give me to help me get rid of my domain name - that I would Love to Keep!

One of the way is to look for their competing websites in the Keyword and send them a message to find out if they are keen to buy the sites.

Another way is to go to facebook to search for the similar niche and send them a message to tell them you are selling the domain name

get rid of the site and the domain. you will earn more wrinkles than money trying to sell it and make it worth your time.

Mate your site's pr is 0 (zero) but you mentioned here pr1.
Also the Alexa is very high. My suggestion is that first do some some work on it to upgrade, then try to sell. Then you could got reasonable worth.

Are you selling the domain name only or including the website?

I am selling just the name. It is seo optimized to get many of the traffic for a company that is growing very quickly, "viridian energy". So, a competitor or anyone in this particular niche should do very well.

Alexa don't mean ****. LOL! I have several sites and their info is not even
close to real stats. And what a site is worth, how'd they know? They'd need
to know info that is privy to the owner and since they are not the owner,
what they have to say is conjecture at best. Alexa is only good if you're
selling a site and somehow the stats puts your site in a better light than it
really is.
