To go by their rules, I have included wp-robot only with 6+ sites where the price exceeds $147.

I think you better re-read the rules or you are going to have some angry buyers and possibly lose your developers license. Here they are:

Developer License Terms

* You may include a copy of WP Robot with complete websites you sell. The websites have to include a top-level domain.
* You may not sell WP Robot on its own or relabel the plugin. You may only include the plugin with complete developed websites (+ top-level domain).
* Websites that include WP Robot have to be sold for at least $140.
* Clients you sell WP Robot as part of a website to may not sell or give away the plugin themselves. They may use WP Robot on up to three different domains.

It sounds to me like you have to be selling sites with a top level domain name (i actually can't tell by your listing if you are) and the plugin can only be used on 3 sites.

It's against the rules to sell a PLR blog with WPRobot installed on it, included with it, etc., no matter how you slice it. If you sell the plugin installed on a site without a domain, it'll illegal. If you buy a site with the plugin that's not on a domain, you're stealing. Nuff said.
