All the sites we sell here would sell higher on Flippa, we prefer here in order to build traffic to our website. The Fashion site (link above), similar to these ones, sold for $290 but it was an unique design. Purchasing our sites you agree to our terms and conditions which allow you (unlike other sellers) to re-sell the site once (it's yours after all). In order to flip the site properly and honestly and maximize the profit one should buy the site, quickly change graphics and layout in order to make it unique, and resell it. It would fetch more than $100 almost surely, which is a 100% profit. If you also build some traffic (these are new sites) even higher of course. This also answers to santee, there is no revenue yet since these are new sites.

That would not be a 100 profit as there will be some expense involve in doing that.

I have seen your other sites on your portfolio and look very good, but I have a doubt.
How is the content (i.e. post) updated?
any plugin for autopost, or you have to update the content manually?

Hi,

categories such as Products, Programs, Videos etc. are updated automatically, since they come from Amazon, YouTube etc.

Actual articles i.e. text content is not being updated. I personally don't see the need, since most of our sites are pretty much organized like a book with all the necessary content (to give interest to visitors) already there.

One, however, could add a few new articles every now and then, carefully & by hand, or install an autoblogging plugin such as WPRobot (we are WPRobot licensed and can offer a good deal). In this case though the plugin will pull in lots of rubbish as well, ruining the site, and much tweaking on the campaigns is required.
