So the actual work of getting the fb fans is done by a 3rd party or you must somehow come up with a way to secure the fans for each order? Whom does the 3rd party work?

Sounds like YOU have to find the outsourcers to complete the job and at the prices quoted on the website it will be near impossible.

Also, why, when I search on Flippa I cant see the site sale from terranceanderson50 in his history, even though its going back 3 months, and this site was created on 31/3/11?

Anyone who is serious about buying websites will do their due diligence buddy. You have copied text from Flippa, apparently. Why not post the link instead?

I have not installed Google analytics on the site.

But I can tell you that it is getting about 20 uniques a day. I have not advertised the site at all.
