Please explain why you have not answered my request for a refund? You have obviously read my e-mails, skype and WR posts. I have no idea why you would come onto WF and ignore my request. Your deadline for performance per the original agreement was more than 10 days ago. I was patient and waited. Its time for you to do what you said you would and refund my money.

I've got the same situation. I made my order on the 23rd July 2011. Keyur agreed to refund me but guess what.... months after he said he would do the refund ..... I am still waiting. The times he does respond to my emails (not very often) he says... it's coming. What a joke.

He says his service is not a scam.... It looks like a scam to me.

Get the refunds processed!!

I am at 140 days (50 days after the 90 day ranking guarantee and my refund request) and I still have not received a refund.

Worse yet, Keyur demanded that I delete the sites before he would process the refund. I proceeded with removing the sites and the contents, thinking that Keyur was a standup guy and would quickly issue a refund (yeah, I know stupid me) and I am now left with NOTHING.

It has been 50 days since I requested a refund, Keyur. If you are indeed committed to doing long-term business on this forum, you need to settle your debts ASAP.

I've filed a dispute with paypal earlier but closed the dispute as he promised to finish the sites. That was in Nov...

I've just emailed paypal to try to get the case re-open and get back my refund... :'(

Hope paypal can ban his account...

He's got the perfect scam since PayPal will only refund after 30 days. 90 days is ancient history to PayPal so they won't do anything. I opened a dispute, too. Everyone should open a dispute regardless. If there are enough red flags, they could ban his account. Then nobody else would get hurt by this unethical piece of garbage.
