HUGE POTENTIAL, Many high competitive keywords at #1, #2, #5 in Google, PR 3, 4 years old, Internet Home Business Niche

The reason I am selling this site is simple: I am not qualified nor do I have the computer skills to properly run this site. I underestimated the computer skills that it would take to be able to get the most out of this site. I purchased the site in November 09. At the time it was advertised as making between $250 and $ 400 a month, with traffic around 5,000 a month.

I have managed to run the site down to zero sales and about 2,500 to 3,000 hits a month. I could bore you with tales of paying computer people to help set up the site better, the last guy took my money and never finished the job. I could tell you about the plans I had for the site, but was never able to deliver on; the tales of woe could go on indefinably. The fact is, this could be a great site and it should be a great site, but not in my hands.

For someone who has an IQ slightly higher than a turnip, and computer skills of an average 10 year old, (based on my performance with this site, I clearly do not qualify on either account) you can turn this site into a solid money maker.

I have managed to do a few things right. I have spent time on doing some SEO work on the Internet as well as redoing the site a couple of times and spending some time on getting the site set up with some keywords that the site ranks very well for. Internet Home Business for example today is at #2, and sometimes in the past months has been #1. Internet Home Business Opportunity is # 8, , Internet Business Ideas #14, Internet Business Opportunity # 11, Internet Business Idea is #14, and Internet Home Business Opportunities is #, Internet Business Training is #, . There are many other keywords we have good rankings for, this is just the ones I have on hand right now.

The site is an aged site at 3 years, 11 months, and is registered up to 2013. The site has a Page Rank of 3.

For some one who has some simple computer skills and knows and likes this market, this is either a good site to get your feet wet, or a site to add to an already established stable of sites.

The site has a ranking of 96 which is obviously much better than a lot of sites out there, I wish I had better computer skills and an understanding of how to move this site to the next level; it certainly is ready for a little push to get it up there with the big boys.

I am not claiming any revenue for the site. How anxious am I to sell the site? I started out with high hopes, don’t we all, since then it has been a long series of disappointments, web design gurus asking for money and not deliver on promises, miscalculations on my part, its time to stop the time, money and emotional drain. Value is in the eye of the beholder. How long would it take you to get to the point that Learn2Earn2 is today? What are those years worth to you? Even someone as incompetent as I, knows how long it takes to get the keyword rankings Learn2earn2 has now, as well as the age of the site, the links etc. You can not fool Google into thinking a year old site has the same trust and maturity as a 3 year and 11 month old site.

As I explained, i do not have the skills to work on the site myself. Even minor changes require me to have some one else do the work.

On top of that, I am working on another site that is closer to my actual skill set and experience. If you have read any of the articles on the site, you can see that what my expertise is in, is not what the people coming to learn2earn2 want to see.

There has always has been this disconnect between what I wanted the site to be ead what the site should be. In the right hands, this site will do really well.
