Hey Warriors,

I have way too many sites and domains! I currently have over 40 domains registered at GoDaddy and I need to sell most of them. One site is registered at Name Cheap.

Some of these sites have traffic and income but just assume they are "as is" because I'm selling them so cheap I don't want you to be misled...

What do I have?

TIF8800 Combustible Gas Detector - PR 1 - #1 for keyword in Google, Bing, Yahoo, & AOL and easily makes $10-$30 each month and will likely increase with the summer months. This site is an Amazon Affiliate site and is HTML based and needs no upkeep but some simple backlinking every 3 to 6 months. $300
Mongoose Bicycles - was previously #7 has dropped to second page, was #4 in yahoo for awhile, I don't know what it is now. This site has Amazon and Adsense on it and has earned some adsense money. It also has an original article/review by me that ranks well in the search engines and has also been syndicated in a few newsletters on EZA. Also, has an original you-tube video of me doing a trick on my Mongoose Mountain Bike. This video has got over 850 NATURAL views on You-Tube. - $47
Baby Shower Trivia Games | Find Baby Shower Games - Has earned like $1 in Amazon with literally NO promotion. Hot Evergreen Niche (people will always have babies) - $27
Auto Paint Guns - Amazon site that targets the auto body paint gun niche - great niche potential for list building and product sales. $27
www.BirdHealth.info - cool adsense site with 5 articles its php based $17
www.chitosandiet.com - very high CPC - has earned like 2 clicks and both were at or near a $1 - $27
Best Nashville Dentist - was ranked #3 but I think it has dropped to #7 - You can sell ads from this site, make an adsense site, or flip it to an offline business. [DOMAIN ONLY] $25

Why am I selling?

As you can I see I have way too many sites and I have many more that I'm not selling. There is no way I can promote all of these sites. I am focusing now on list building and product creation in the IM niche mostly.

I am not technical so I can not transfer these sites for you. Most are WP blogs. You can hire someone on Fiverr to do it or sometimes your hosting company will transfer them to you for nothing.

YesOrNoPolls.com is registered at Name Cheap and the rest are at Go Daddy. After I receive your payment via paypal I will push the domain to you and zip up the site and send it to you as well (where applicable).

To my knowledge just Tif8800.com is a PR1. I had another pr1, but it got purchased already. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Mainy because I'm not a site flipper. I tried to sell one on flippa and it went horribly wrong...

Thought I could give some Warriors a heck of a deal...
