Surplus Niche Websites for Sale

I have a number of surplus niche websites that I’m selling. I’ve had them for some time, but have given them ZERO attention, and I’m focusing my energy on other projects.

If you’re weak on technical skills, but good at SEO, promotional skills, long term traffic building, and monetization, then these websites are a golden opportunity for you to pick up where I’ve left off.

Here’s the general background on all of these sites….generally they are either Wordpress or Joomla based. Some of them include a significant amount of custom programming. At the time of installation they were all up to date (software) and functioning normally, (i.e. they may now need some minor software updates in addition to any content that may be needed).

Yes, I could spend some time on each site and make them look fabulous and command a higher price, but…I don’t have the time.

Some initial SEO work was done, but it is by no means complete, there’s plenty of room for improvement. Each of the sites is receiving traffic, but generally minimal amounts, and all of it is organic. Because these sites have been completely ignored, none of them are currently generating any revenue (although they have in the past).

I’m not setting a specific price on each site, I’m selling based on a ‘best offer’ basis for one, multiple, or all sites as a package, and I expect to sell them this week – on or before May 27th. Payment by Paypal or via a mutually acceptable process.

Unlike most other competitive sites, this one is designed to help people manage their finances in a way that shows them how to get out of debt. Currently there are no members subscribed, however, with the right promotional skills, this site by far has the most potential.

www.Pay-My-Bills.com – a WordPress blog site. Some SEO work is completed, but needs promotion, traffic building skills and additional monetization.

www.YourStressBuster.com – a WordPress blog site. Quite a bit of SEO work was done on this site, it is currently monetized with its own ebook, and it has a lot of articles ‘in reserve’ that haven’t been posted to the site yet.

www.CurrentProductReviews.info – Wordpress blog site – needs the photo’s installed, your promotion and SEO skills.

www.HealthyLifeInformation.com – Wordpress blog site specializing in product reviews relating to healthy lifestyle alternatives. Needs new content, SEO, and some love.

www.GetaSpotlessCreditReport.com - Wordpress blog site. Basic installation and setup were completed, and I have the content and the custom ebook for this site, but the content and monetization on this site has never been completed.
