i know it says you provide a list of keywords but are they offered in a way that will be easy for me to pick the right one to beable to rank in google?

Ranking on Google depends on a lot of factors- niche competition, KW competition, the quality and quantity of your backlinks, your site optimization, the authority and the age of your domain. All of them play important roles to rank a site/blog.

I guess this is not an easy questions for me. Honestly, I'm not sure as I hate to over sell.

As long as you can install Wordpress (this is a Wordpress powered blog) on your server, you're good. If you've cpanel, you can install Wordpress under a minute. Very efficient. After that, just FTP all files to your server.

Reason being we don't want someone buy the package, and then selling to thousands on the Internet. This is how we protect our customers so that your audience don't see too many "identical" blogs in one niche.

If you still want to sell your blog in the future, you can, but you'll have to comply to the following-

First, I want to make this very clear, you can't resell this package ie. blog + everything else that comes with the package.

Also, you can't sell the blog as long as the graphics are there (excluding banner ads, as most of the ads are provided by merchants).

However, you can sell the blog if you sell it without the graphics (replace the header graphics, images on all posts). You can still use the same Wordpress theme or replace it with a new theme. It doesn't matter. Hope that explained.

I also enjoyed setting it up myself as I explored other options and was able to tweak the site to my own liking Great package and would definitely recommend for anyone starting out.
