No. I'm selling a membership to my site where 50 people will have exclusive access to download 4 sites per month with unique content written exclusively for these blogs. They download the sites, install them on their own domains and have resell rights. Only restrictions on the resell rights is that you can't offer them in a membership site and you can't pass on the resell rights to your customers. You can flip them one off on Flippa or sell them as PLR blogs.

Picking from a niche list wouldn't work with a membership site. I would have to build 50 sites a week and that of course is not possible.

I build high quality evergreen niches and the cost of creating each blog is more than the cost of one entire monthly payment. I start with high quality PLR articles that cost me roughly $20-$25. Then I send those to my writer to completely rewrite them at the cost of $52. The theme is a premium Woo theme. Stock photos and illustrations are used.

So if you don't like a niche, flip it (not that you can't make money from a niche you don't like). Many people do.

I am thinking about becoming a member of PLR style but I have a few concerns first. How are your blogs monetized? From the two examples it appears you are utilizing Adsense and CPAs. Does Amazon or ebay stores/plugins come with the blogs? Does the Autoblogged plugin come with every blog? I am just looking for multiple ways to add value to your already great looking sites. How many articles come with each blog on average? Thank you for your time.

No commercial plugins are included. They are monetized in numerous ways, such as Adsense, CPA, Amazon, and products to sell. You can and should add your own monetization methods. Most come with ebooks, reports or videos to sell. There are 10-13 unique posts per blog.
