You can flip them as many times as you want or sell them one off on Flippa or Ebay. Only thing you can't do is pass on resale rights to the buyers.

It is a membership site. You pay a monthly fee and you get 4 of my custom blogs per month, plus the four bonus blogs the first month. You get the blogs that I create for the membership site, which are all blogs in profitable niches. You do not pay additional for the blogs. You get 4 per month.

plrstyle is a membership where you get 4 per month. I don't have plrstyle listed on Flippa. I have blogs with a membership to plrstyle included on Flippa.

I don't do custom work for others. Doing them for the membership keeps me busy.

Yes ... you can sell them to your clients and if they promote and add unique content, they can make revenue. Half of my customers I'd say are not resellers and are using them to make Adsense and affiliate commissions and build their lists, etc.
