1. I did a quick search for the keywords on the first 5 pages without finding the site, but that will be due to the site being so new and having no backlinks. With a little bit of work, I'm positive great rankings can be achived.

2. As of this moment and throughout the sale, the content is not unique.

3. No, no cloning. This is a one-off sale. You get the domain name and hosting and all contents.

4. The cpanel stats are posted above. If you are interested in any particular stats, please let me know and I will grab a screenshot for you.

5. I have no idea what keywords are getting the traffic. I know that I am getting traffic and I have not promoted this website anywhere except for here today in this offer and on Flippa. The Flippa auction has only had 31 views so the other traffic is obviously coming from search engines.

If you have cpanel, you know what keywords the site is receiving traffic from.

Simply scroll down (once you are logged into your cpanel) to 'search phrases'. It will be close to the bottom.
