Good questions! The theme is thoroughly SEO'd for the current domain and name...but this can be changed, and the keywords optimized for another domain if you like. You can change the background if you like, but the overall theme is fairly set.

The benefit is that it is a huge daily deals website ready to go - the changes on domain, logo, seo can be done for a new owner easily

This site will support an unlimited number of (revenue-generating) deals. All you need to do is find merchants who want to sell their stuff! It's all performance-based, so it's an easy sell.
