Marty the process for these is very newbie friendly. These sites are turn key, I do all the work on them for you. The only thing you would need to get the ball rolling is to sign up for Amazon's affiliate program.

These sites are designed specifically to promote physical products through Amazon, now if you wanted to you could promote through Commission Junction or another affiliate program, but in my experience Amazon is the easiest to get started with as it's under a 5 minute process.

As For adsense, I don't include adsense anywhere on these sites and I strongly recommend you don't add it to these sites. I have tested it before and you make more by sending traffic through your affiliate link then by losing it to adsense. After all a pay per click marketer is targeting those clicks to make a profit selling the product through their own affiliate link... Call me greedy but I like to take the bigger piece of the revenue pie by sending the traffic direct from the site.

As for hosting you are welcome to keep the sites hosted where they are for 9.97 a month or to transfer them another host sometime during the three months that are included with the purchase.

The ongoing is very minimal, most of my sites just site after the initial promotion that I include with the package. Obviously if you choose to add more backlinks it won't hurt but given the highly targeted nature of the sites they tend to stick in the serps rather well. Generally your looking at 2-4 weeks. I have had sites rank well as soon as a few days but I'd call that more of the exception then the rule.

I looked up the sites that you say recently did. The panasonic site has an alexa ranking of over 22,000,000. http://panasoniclumixtz20review.co.uk/ - Information from Alexa Internet

and the lego site was over 15,000,000.

That is correct. As I stated in the thread these sites are ones I recently completed for customers, by recently completed I'm talking about a week. Most of my customers to date have not felt comfortable sharing for obvious reasons.

I can PM you some info on a few of my personal sites as well if it's an issue, though I'll tell you right now these are not sites designed to drive large amounts of traffic... none of them do. They are sites designed to capture a sizable portion of relatively small volume search terms (usually 3000-8000 monthly), but terms that are laser targeted for the product the page is promoting.

In my experience the link package I include propels most sites on to the first page for the main targeted keyword and usually page 2 or 3 for its secondary permutations. Extra promotion won't hurt obviously but I see it like this... if I think an easy/cheap bit of backlinking could bump me past a site or 2 in the serps I'll do it, but if I think it will take an extensive campaign to more up more I'll leave it. With these super targeted style of sites its all a numbers game, more sites= more income, so besides some basics like bookmarking and rss submissions (which can help a lot for next to nothing), I prefer to spend my money getting more sites going.

Yes the layout will basically be the same. If you would like a different theme specifically I can work use one. However I have found the layout I normally use to have a very high click through rate on the aff link .

If you are interested in getting more articles we could probably work out a price for some extra article writing. Honestly though 3 is plenty as these sites are built to be aim for a very specific product, going after broader keywords has been much much less effective in my experience

$500 a month or even $1000 month sites are possible and do happen sometimes, but I want to be clear to everyone when I said those are "home runs" that those are the lucky exceptions.

When your planning out a network of sites I like to use conservative numbers to estimate my return. If I have 10 sites and I'm aiming for $800 a month return ($80 each) thats a very realistic goal I can make without getting any home run sites and if I do luck out and get a $500 or $1000 site in there and make $1300 or $1700 a month then I'm extra happy.

Basically I want to give numbers that I know these sites can hit and if they out perform then great, but I don't want to sell these sites based on the lucky numbers but the more worst case numbers.

As for getting sandboxed etc by Google, I haven't had an issue with that at all generally the links get indexed over the course of a couple weeks to a month so it works out just fine.
