Yes, but you could also have a 'build and flip' strategy to strengthen those earnings, maybe flipping 50% immediately and then using that cash flow to fund expansion.....you can see that exact concept in action here:

Still waiting on my blogs to be completed, paid 10/22/2011, but I can attest to the issue with the Platinum service (withdrawn).

A Platinum blog that I requested was started, but finding product (PLR to create products) posed a huge challenge...in addition to issues with the outsourcing team.

Thankfully there is a 7 day guarantee and a 90 day guarantee which I trust will be honored once the blogs are finally completed.

Hi - Agreed. In fact, it was your order that forced us to review our offer and eventually withdraw the Platinum service.
