i have a guitar course i want to promote and was deliberating the best way to do it - don't really know much about web design and maintenance though - is your manual 'dummie' proof?! also, from the screen shot there seems to be many guitar products listed, i just have the one so can the site be tailored?

Is the guitar course a product from clickbank or is it your own product? My free "learn guitar" site promotes amazon products and a clickbank product plus adsense. If you want to use the site to promote these products then the manual is very simple to follow and to change the affiliate ID's to yours so you can make the affiliate commissions.

However, if you do not want to promote these products and want to tailor the site to promote your own guitar course, you can delete all the posts and keep the skeleton of the site, the graphics and the featured photos and then just post your own content to the site. This is not hard to do, you can always try and see if you can figure it out.

But, if you do not have a lot of knowledge in site building or maintenance, it may be easier if you just install a wordpress site from scratch and just write up the posts about your particular course so you don't have to mess with deleting posts, banners, etc.

If you don't know how to install wordpress and set up the site from scratch, you can hire me to do the wordpress set up for you. I will install wordpress manually (not through Fantastico Deluxe) for safe installation, customize the theme and upload the plugins for you so all you would have to do is upload your content.

I am running an introductory special for a wordpress set up for $35. You can order this service on my site at www.jpsimplysites.com/services. You will need to have the domain and a hosting account for the site before I can do the wordpress set up for you.
