Thanks for the questions. Usually the site farm will start earning the quoted amount a few weeks after the sites go live (note the FAQ section above in the listing I have a more detailed time table) After 1 year yes I will help, sites usually don't just fall off the map after a year, once they've made it past a year they usually stick around, especially since I'm targeting extremely low competition areas.

Regarding niches I can do custom niches (again see FAQ for more details above) but it will cost a premium because finding potentially profitable sites in a certain niche can prove exponentially more difficult and take a bit more time for the research.

Yes you can modify a pack, if you upgrade we can take that into account and stack the earnings if you purchase 2 packages ($50 a month package + $200 a month packages would put your guaranteed earnings at $250 a month) Or I can charge you a new custom quote to get to a certain amount for the monthly earnings and we can go from there (I.E. you have a $50 purchase, but want to get to $200 a month, I'll quote you on the remainder to get you there)

In fact many of my sites have increased in ranking since then because they don't boast tons of affiliate links which were hit with panda, they're just informational websites.

2)Yes the earnings are either made up or if they continuously slump I will build more sites to compensate and grow the earnings to ensure it doesn't happen again. I'm more than willing to help clients and work with them to ensure that they're satisfied. My business is reliant on return customers, not always trying to generate new customers. I make my money from repeat customers buying websites monthly. It's tough to find new and reliable clients so when I do I treat them right =)

3)I don't have any testimonials from clients on the warrior forum just because this thread is only a half a day old. I also am not positive regarding my clients membership on the warrior forum but I believe a couple are relatively active members and I'll check with them to see if they could post within here regarding testimonial. The price is high because my business model works and consistently brings in great returns for my clients. I'm not here to make bargain discount sites and packages for anyone and everyone, and only a small percentage of people will be interested in this offer, but those who do see it's value will jump on the deal (I've received deposits from 3 people already to get started on their projects)

I don't mind if people host it themselves, the only thing I need are either the ability to do wordpress quick installs (such as in godaddy) or for you to install wordpress yourself. The reason I offer to host or setup a new godaddy account for clients is because my infrastructure is built in such a way that having quick installs is critical for me and my team to ensure we get sites built FAST!

Also the sites are all micro niche, the large quantity of smaller websites allows me to mitigate the financial burden and risk across multiple sites.

I'm not quite sure of what you're asking regarding making the adsense ads? Do you mean just to create adsense ads for other websites? I don't do that unless it's for websites that I'm making but I'm sure you could find someone who would.

You are correct! The quickest ROI is on larger packages. That being said many people don't have the up front capitol to just jump right in and drop $10,000 +++ to build an "instant" farm, which is why I try and cater to as many different financial needs/restrictions as possible to help build up peoples revenue and continue doing business together.

Also regarding your questions about return time, here's what's up above in the description if you overlooked it (sorry it was long, I just try and cover as many basis as possible!)

How Long Does It Take To Complete The Websites/When Will They Start Earning?
After receiving the initial 50% deposit I begin work immediately and depending on how large the order is, the sites will usually be completed and live within 7-10 days. After that the remaining 50% is paid and I begin backlinking. This turnaround time depends on how large of an order you’re placing as well, usually it’s no more than 10 days however. After this the sites will receive their first round of social media backlinkins and bookmarks; RSS submission, pinging and first round of 500 profile backlinks. Usually a trickle of revenue begins as soon as the sites are completed then about a week to 10 days after the sites will really start earning. Then they really hit their stride about a month after creation. This all depends however, some sites will rank and get traffic almost immediately, some can take a couple weeks (Another benefit of the farm is that at least a couple sites will start earning almost immediately and you mitigate your risk across multiple websites.)
