For sale? Clickbank’s 1st AllInOne Money Management System!

Hey guys,

I'm interested in possibly selling my website or partnering with a motivated IMer that is to lazy or does not have the funds to do product development.

I've spent the last 6 months working on this website: Ways to Save and Properly Manage Money | Slash Your Spending and have poured thousands into the development and design for it.

I'm at a stage right now where I have another website on the go and concentrating on two sites simply doesn't work well.

This product has some REAL potential as it's one of a kind, in demand and has been properly created from the get go. My plans are to have this product at the top of Clickbanks Personal Finance Market within the year. It's only been live for about a month and I'm already getting 10-15 email opt ins a day and I've made very decent sales. I have many affiliates on board that love the product and have been driving good traffic to the site. PM me for Clickbank screenshots if you're interested.

I'm thinking of two options:

I sell the entire website outright to someone that is more motivated than me to really drive traffic to it and make a steady income.

or

I'm willing to partner with someone with no down payment but still hand it over and I would still make a certain commission from sales.

I'm contemplating listing it on Flippa but I thought I'd see if anyone from this awesome forum would be interested first. This is truly a great opportunity for someone to get into the IM game without doing any of the tedious product development stage.
