Honestly I have received the KW details. I responded with concerns over them and within 48 hours you responded back with another set. I have the same exact concerns with this set as I did the last. I am not sure what to do at this point except request a refund as the process is taking too long between emails and the KW suggestions I am receiving I believe will result in legal action.

I have received (2) sets of keywords from you...both appear solidly branded to me.

Without documenting the exact keywords you gave me, here is what happened...

12/19 - Purchased service
12/20 - Received Keyword
12/20 - I responded with concerns over trademark infringement with KW
12/22 - You responded willing to change KW if I wanted
12/22 - I responded stating I did want the KW changed
12/24 - You replied with another keyword
12/24 - I responded in the thread stating that I have concerns over trademark infringement on the second KW as well...

As I said, in the previous thread....between the 2 day delays between most emails and my concerns that all you are able to provide are keywords that contain brand names in them, I am requesting a refund.
