Here's my review:

Andy is the real deal. I definitely recommend him. He provided me multiple niche's to choose from within 24 hours of placing my order. I ran them through Micro Niche Finder to check their numbers and picked the one I liked the most. He transferred the registered domain to my account at Namecheap. He configuerd the site and it looks great. His communication is superb.

I hired 3 different people on WF on Feb 1 who had the same offer of a niche site, exact match domain, and page 1 rank. Andy was the first one to finish and the site is already ranked. One of the other people I contacted still hasn't provided me a suitable niche and takes 48 hours to reply to email.

Andy did exactly what his offer says. Now its up to me to drip additional content and backlinks to keep the site on Page 1.

I don't guarantee earnings, but I haven't built one yet that doesn't make money. The amount you make depends on how much you put in to the sites when there done. If you add regular content and keep building backlinks then the earnings will continue to grow.

That's impossible to give an exact answer, some sites may only earn $5 per month, others may earn $50 per month. With no additional content eventually the site will slip in rankings so earnings will decrease.
