As for keeping the rankings the sites usually stay on page 1 once they get there. If the sites slip then a few outsourced backlinks is all they would need to take them back to page 1. Adding an article a month is also a good way to keep the rankings and gives you more content from which to serve ads resulting in better earnings.

I took a look at a couple of your sites and they're clean, look well-built, etc. I can ALSO say that we considered this model of yours as well, but with a higher price-point than yours $150 - $180, but with a bit more content. Anyway, the pricing seems fair, is what I'm saying and the no-risk approach is good.

What I'm wondering, though (and what we ultimately concluded) is that by monetizing the sites, you're simply able to get more value...either by keeping them yourself or through a sale with proven earnings. Why did you not come to the same conclusion? Why not just sell the sites after a few months of earnings here, on Flippa, etc?

What I have decided to do is list all the sites that I build, any that don't sell will then be monetized and flipped for more money.

I am using the proceeds from the sales on here to build a large portfolio of sites.

I need 5 sites in keyword areas that I have chosen (I can change the keyword if you feel it will be hard to rank, but from what I can tell it should definitely be doable). The big difference is that I don't need any art and in fact the site doesn't need to LOOK good at all. All I need it to do is place high on the first page of google for the chosen keywords.

So really I'm just looking for an seo expert to build some very plain jane sites for me. Would you be willing to discuss this?

The reason I guarantee first page with these sites is from experience with exact match domains. I have not had much luck with ranking random domain names.

Do you have exact match domains for your sites, if so I may be able to help.

The plan is to get exact match domain names for the 5 chosen keywords. The main issue is that they will not be .com .net .org Most of them will be .biz .info or .us (Although we might get lucky and grab a .net or .org)

But like I said before, the plan here is to find keywords that you believe you can rank and that I can also use for my current business plan so there is some leeway to find keywords that satisfy both of our needs. Some of the sites have had their UAW submission started and some will be done later. If somebody purchases a site and the submission hasn't yet started it will be done as the site is transfered.

Yes I am only using UAW for the rankings.

I rank the site on the first page then it is up to the buyer to keep the rankings if they slip.

I say this as i wish to do both adsense and clickbank for revenue generation. This should not be an issue as there is so many clickbank categories these days, but i thought i would ask anyways as im thinking of buying 10 websites with guaranteed 1st page ranking.

Also, once each website has hit first page, would you be willing to continue seo to increase and maintain the rankings? If so, how much would this be for 10 websites?, considering you would be targeting one keyword per domain.

Hi Aden

Like you said, most niches will have a clickbank product that is relative. What I can do is let you choose from a list of domains and you could check clickbank to see if there is anything worth promoting. If you don't like any of the domains then you can reject them and I will send you more until you are happy.

As for the up-keep of the sites I don't usually do this but could come to some arrangement with you. I would suggest adding 1 new piece of content to each site once a month that would probably be enough to keep the ranking. It is different with every site so I can't really give a definetive answer or price on this. I have some sites that have stayed on page 1 with no extra work and others that have fallen slightly after 3-4 months. As a ballpark figure I would say $10-$15 per month per site.

I say this as i wish to do both adsense and clickbank for revenue generation. This should not be an issue as there is so many clickbank categories these days, but i thought i would ask anyways as im thinking of buying 10 websites with guaranteed 1st page ranking. Also, once each website has hit first page, would you be willing to continue seo to increase and maintain the rankings? If so, how much would this be for 10 websites?, considering you would be targeting one keyword per domain.
