DESCRIPTION
PluginID.com is high traffic, well-ranking personal development website that has been around for 3 years. It features 300+ pages on personal development, success and motivation. The traffic is averaging 47K per month. We have had $18,239.42 in net profit and 540,680 unique visits during the past 12 months. Nearly 50% of traffic comes from first page organic Google rankings. This is a passive income website with many ways to increase monthly revenue as will be shown below.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SALE
The buyer of this established web business will have full ownership of the 3 e-books currently sold on the site. The new owner will receive the e-Junkie.com account from which the ebooks are sold. There are more than 200 affiliates and over 1800 ebook buyers in the e-junkie account. The new owner will also receive my Clickbank account from which ebooks are sold and the some affiliate revenues are earned. There are another 100 or so affiliates over there. They'll also receive Feedburner subscriptions with 6500 subscribers, a twitter account, @PluginID which has around 8,237 followers and 4000 tweets.

REVENUE DETAILS
Most of the income is coming from sales of the hugely popular e-book “Cloud Living” by Glenn Allsopp of ViperChill.com, a top ten Internet Marketing blog. A portion of the income is derived from the sales of the other 2 ebooks, Reality Switch and Online Reputation Management. We earn a bit through Hostgator’s affilate program, BookMarking Demon affiliates, ad sales, Adsense and a few other affiliates as well.

As you’ll notice, there has been a sharp drop in revenues since October 2010. The reason for this is that we had an affiliate that was bringing us about 70% of our Cloud Living guide sales. He went on to develop his own product and slowed down the promotion of our guide until he finally stopped promoting it altogether in February 2011.

The trailing 12 month average revenue is still averaging more than $1500 per month without me trying to increase it or even giving the site the attention it deserves.

WHAT CAN THE NEW OWNER DO TO INCREASE REVENUES
First, the site has nice traffic and great Google placement. Around 55% or about 20,000 unique visits come from Google organic search so there is a solid base of traffic. There is so much opportunity to convert these visitors, readers and contributors into cash. As you can see in the table below, the site was making $0.10 per visitor in May 2010 and 1 year later is making only $0.01 per visitor. That is simply from neglect to monetize the site properly. Simply put, the monetization sucks for this site. We are leaving so much money on the table, it is sad. I know that it is not uncommon for a site to earn more than $1 per visitor.

Also, upon examing the sales page for Cloud Living: Affiliate Marketing and Blogging Guide | Cloud Living, you will see that it is a very soft sales page. There is no long form sales letter with bonuses, guarantees, testimonials, a clever video to explain the benefits of the guide. There are no ebook previews available either and that alone would help increase sales dramatically.

The new owner should also add Clickbank affiliate products (50%-70% commissions), sell Ads space, Adsense etc. And then there’s CPA’s. But if you have been in CPA marketing, you may not know how profitable CPA offers are. There are CPA offers that will pay as much as $500 per lead!

Most of the CPAs of which I am aware are paying anywhere from $10 - $50 per lead.

IF THE OPPORTUNITY IS SO GREAT, WHY DON’T I INCREASE THE REVENUES?
You’re probably wondering why I don't just add affiliates products CPA’s, market to the list and increase the revenues myself? Because I have very little experience with sales letters, building lists and marketing them and this is my first digital products site ever. And, I know myself and I just simply just won't learn, hire it or do it myself. I have too many other sites and too many other interests. The site needs someone to whom to pass the gauntlet that will take advantage of these many opportunities and make it soar again.
