Hey guys awhile back I started a webmaster forum which unfortnately for me never really went far with because of my lack of time that I could spend on it. This forum is still getting new members and some posts here and their. What it needs is someone who can take it the extra mile. The url to the forum is webmastersourceforums(.)com.

It ranks decently on google and also comes out number 6 out of 97,900,000 searches under Webmaster Source. It also has a page rank of 2.

I'll only take reasonable offers for it. Please consider the valuble items that go with it. If you don't need a vb license or a vbseo license then let me know during your price offer. Also I have no idea how to transfer the files to your control panel but I will provide you with all the login details to do so.

I've made some change with adsense here and their but nothing to brag about which is why I didn't mention it. The url is www.webmastersourceforums.com. No you can host the site where ever you want but I wont be able to help you only because I haven't the slightest idea how to.

Sorry but Im not on this forum all day to be able to respond to your messages quickly.

From January till today the forum has only generated around 12 dollars which is why I said is not worth even mentioning. If your interesed please do make me a reasonable offer.

No thanks. The software is 285 alone which is the suite and the forum has lots of unique content aswell such as articles. So that alone raises the value to atleast 350. Your also getting 4 professional banners which I paid a hundred alone for so that makes it over 450 alone. The site is also on google and ranks pretty good with Alexa.

I'm not that desperate to sell. I lose nothing by keeping it on my server.

Of course your just making an offer like I stated which I wanted to hear but I also stated reasonable. I won't let it go for no less then 425. Also you need to have a confirmed paypal account and agree to let me have the domain for 60 days considering you only have 4 posts and no history on here.

The domain issue is not good. Why let you have the domain for 60 days? If that is the case I will take only the database and nothing more.

Don't take it personal but I've sold websites and then two days later they made an authorized charge or filed a claim that I didn't deliver and paypal took their side because they dont protect sellers selling digital goods. Being that you only have 4 posts I can't do otherwise. You have no fear of losing the domain. I have a good reputation here and especially over at digital point with a feed back score of 72. It's up to you and thanks.

Paypal does not protect the buyer for digital goods. That is not hurting you it is hurting me. I understand I have 4 posts but I am willing to give you my phone number, etc. I want to buy for $350. I will send the cash via paypal as a gift payment. That way you can better trust me. I am not going to do anything wrong. I live in Tennessee and I own a local gun forum. I will also give you that info as well.

Why do you only take paypal as gift. As a buyer that raises concern because we are no longer protected. I think both parties should do their due diligence when making these kinds of transactions and all should be well.

Difference here is that I have a reputation and history of making sales here, digital point and flippa. Never have I been accused of taking someone's money. Someone with 4 posts and no history any cautious seller would be wary. Sure your not protected with a gift but as a seller of digital goods that is the best method for us to be protected. Paypal never protects a seller with digital goods. I've lost money like that many times.Thanks

Hi Miles like I mentioned Im not shabby when it comes down to transfering and installing an existing site on a server. Im sure your host would be able to do that for you if you asked. In any case I could help you if needed.
