Hey guys,
Im looking to sell off one of my small niche sites "getting rid of stink bugs"

How to Get Rid of Stink Bugs - Getting Rid Of Stink Bugs Permanently

The homepage has a PR3, and in terms of Google rankings is currently ....

get rid of stink bugs - position 14 (page 2)
how to get rid of stink bugs - position 14 (page 2)
getting rid of stink bugs - position 18 (page 2)
stink bugs - position 31 (page 4)
stink bug - position 62 (page 7)

The search volume and interest in this niche is quite good. Heres the data from the GKT

[stink bugs] 60,500
[stink bug] 33,100
[how to get rid of stink bugs] 27,100
[get rid of stink bugs] 1,300
[getting rid of stink bugs] 1,300

The site needs very little in terms of SEO to push it to number 1 spot. Infact I had it ranking higher than where it is at the moment and conversion were between .7 and 1%

Im not here to waste any time, the site, domain and ebook are already done and ready. This site is and has been making money - Im just trying to offload a few sites that I dont have time to focus on.

Id much rather see this go to someone that can devote a bit more time to.

Looking at $1,200.

I think there is more value in turning it into an adsense site... great topic for clicks. I'm not sure about eBook sales.

You state it has been earning money..how much is it been earning exactly?

Hi Don,
The site was converting at just under 1% (around 0.7%) If I recall. It's done $323 since January in sales, however sales dropped off significantly when Google changed its algorithm (Panda update)

The site actually got slapped for about a month, then came back to where it was originally, and thats where its remained since.

As said, I havent spent any time on this site, it just needs someone to pick it up and do some backlinking to get it to first page, where sales will return to what they were before.

The money is from ebook sales. I havent tried to monetize the site with Adsense, no.

No the $23 transactions are one purchase. The ebook sells for $27. The lower transactions of $11 are affiliate sales.

Why does the order form say, "This account has not been activated. Until it is activated, only purchases using test credit card information may be placed."

How could you have purchases through that account if its not been activated?

Hey Larry,

As part of the transferral process, the new owner has had to create a new Clickbank account (as the owner).

Hes now waiting for his account to be approved. Thats why youre getting that message.

Thanks. You didn't mention it had sold.

Just FYI in case you ever need to again Clickbank allows you to transfer the account to the new owner. That way if you have affiliates linking using the old account name in the hoplink affiliates wouldn't have to change the link.
