Authority dating niche site for sale

I am getting out of IM and I have a site I need to sell. It's my only site and I put 2 months of work into it:

Internet Dating Database

It already has JReviews component with lifetime licence which is worth $150 and it is on mattleclear's page 1 on Google program which I paid $100:

It is to be ranked for one of five very competitive keywords (PM me for details).

All you have to do with the site is change the affiliate links (or I can do that, we can make a deal) and add products and the site will be great.

The site already has a lot of products added and it's just a matter of time when it reaches page one on Google for a high exact search volume keyword and then the money comes in.

The site is very clean and nice-looking and the logo is custom made. It has a potential to become a big authority site in the dating niche.

There is no revenue yet because it is in the process of being ranked. The traffic is also weak, about 200 vistors a month. It is mostly organic and from EzineArticles, where I have 5-6 articles linking to the site.
