3 Niche Websites for Sale

Are you looking for niche websites with original content and LOTS of potential?

I have three niche websites that I have not touched in 6 months. I personally wrote the articles for each one of the sites, but I have not promoted the sites at all.

I am not a website flipper, I just feel these sites are going to waste just sitting there. I was planning on putting them on Flippa, but decided to ask Warriors first.

I personally spent time building these websites, including quality content, the categories, page, and site setup, etc. Some sites have over 20 original posts, including reviews!!

While they do not get a lot of traffic, they have potential with some attention and good SEO.

There is also potential for affiliate links and Google Adsense if you wish. Essentially, you can do what you wish with the sites.

As I mentioned I have not tended to these sites and they are only about 6 months old. I did do keyword research for the niche and set up the site for SEO. However, I have not done any off site SEO.

It is up to the buyer to market it, backlinks, SEO, etc. Just like any new site. So, the traffic and income is not really there now, but it has great potential for someone who can tend to the site.

Essentially, you are getting a complete site with a lot of original, quality content. The content alone I would sell for $1000 as a freelance writer. Plus, there is an Amazon store, affiliate products, etc.

To start from scratch with quality content, it would take a lot of time and money.

The second one is gets the most traffic plus this one is worth
at least $500 - Nice Bargain Betty for somebody.

The other 2 get about the same number of visitors [changes daily] each per day.
I give them all A++ and this is no scam artist either.

Thanks for doing the research - I never set up Google Analytics on these sites - where did you do your research?

Also, yep no scam artist here - I put a lot of time into these sites.

I don't create sites and flip them and fill them with a bunch of junky PLR.

I just was on an "affiliate niche" kick and built them, added content over time, and did nothing with them (sounds like a lot of IMers lol), but have since decided that niche sites is not the way I want to go. So...... I would say...

THIS IS FOR SERIOUS AFFILIATE MARKETERS! NOT GET RICH-PUSH-BUTTON BUYERS! You WILL have to keep up with the sites - yes it's true), but you have a HUGE headstart!

The traffic may not be accurate but it's close enough. I have spy tools for catching Scam Artists but nobody believes me. It's funny how people will adamantly argue, convinced the proof is rigged and get mad at the messenger. The Judge on a case dealing with in-laws swapping spouses said that a crime of trust is worse than a stranger robbing you blind.

That explains why everyone lies - for different reasons. The biggest reason is to avoid hurting someone so listen up everyone, if you want to get back and retaliate with revenge just tell the truth and don't forget to smile.

So how come you're not leveraging your, shall we say, position and get even more interest? And I don't mean friends with benefits! Hmmm.. the Fortins and the McElroys what a power team.

I see so many scams in Internet marketing I can detect it from a mile away! LOL I do things very different - I am not the cheapest, but I am fair. I take pride in ALL of my work and it takes time to produce quality. I am just trying to get back some of what I put into these sites and want to pass it on to someone who can actually use them!

I think with people selling sites for $35, I didn't expect a lot of interest. But, those sites don't have original content. I do think that these sites are undervalued. I could probably put them on Flippa, but I thought I would try here.... If I don't sell them, I will find another way to use them.

Sorry and I mean no harm on this post but you're selling your sites way to High especially with barely or any traffic coming to these sites. People are purchasing sites for 15 and 20 dollars. You may want to rethink about how to sell sites.

Of course, you can find websites that sell for $20 and websites that sell for $5000+. Do they have ORIGINAL, not duplicated content?

These sites have all original content - not PLR. This is where the value is. The content alone on these sites are worth over $1000.

The sites also have an original design, layout, and the domain is also included. Another $200+ value (check prices on a custom websites created for you).

These sites are not flip sites, meaning I do not build 100 of them and sell them to a variety of people. These sites are not demo sites, but live sites that I created meaning they are crawled by the search engines.

These sites include the Thesis theme, which has an $87 value - without any customization.

They do get a bit of traffic, and a small amount of AdSense. But if someone markets the sites, uses offsite SEO, backlinks, regular content, etc, they can get even more traffic.

Even with all that said, I am willing to entertain any reasonable offers. Please PM me if you are interested.
